Denne privatlivspolitik er gældende for Real Safety og beskriver, hvordan dine personoplysninger indsamles, behandles og opbevares samt hvilke rettigheder du har i forbindelse hermed. If you sign up for our mailings or buy anything online, we will save your data.

Data is used for the following purposes

Data collected via newsletters, marketing sign-ups and pop-ups will be used for social media marketing purposes – and for sending newsletters. Data from purchases will only be used to deliver the goods and invoicing.

Data retention and purpose

We store your personal data safely and securely in accordance with current Danish Data Protection Act– including The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Art. 6 (1). Your data will solely be used for the sole purpose of which they were obtailed – and will be deleted when this purpose is no longer relevant.

If you leave a comment on our website, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Categories of data

We will save the following data: Details such as name, address, email, phone number and data regarding use for social media and digital platforms such as newsletters and event invites.

We have obtained your data:

  • From a sign-up form for newsletters and news from our website or social media.

  • From our email marketing system ActiveCampaign

We store your information due to:

  • Our legitimate interest to market our company
  • To complete a contract / agreement with you
  • For legal reasons – ref. GDPR and Danish Bookkeeping Act

Who we share your data with

We will share your data under the following circumstances. Where we have entered a data handling agreement with data handling third parties, which is our guarantee, that they will abide to current GDPR legislation (GDPR) – Art. 6 (1). These include:

ActiveCampaign for collecting and handling of email addresses for sending out marketing material and information.

Nimble CRM software for collecting and handling of email addresses for sending out marketing material and information.

Unikonta for handling invoices

Google Analytics for collecting data for statistical purposes

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How long we retain your data

We will retain your data as long as it is necessary for the purposes mentioned:

For newsletters and mailings: As long as you receive marketing content and haven’t retracted your consent;

In connection with purchases of goods and services: In connection with delivery of our products and services, we will store your personal details for up to five years after the transaction – in accordance to current Bookkeeping Act, unless there is a specific reason to store the data for longer – i.e. where you have access to an online product which you have purchased.

What rights you have over your data

You can always request to know what data we store. You can also request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. If the information we hold on you is wrong, you can ask for it to be amended and updated. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

If you wish to unsubscribe or withdraw your agreement for Real Safety to handle your information in connection to emarketing such as newsletters and event emails, you can always unsubscribe at the bottom of any of our newsletters. Please ensure you unsubscribe to all activities as you might have signed up to more than one mailing list.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
